This is my official 2022 review glow-up for Brizo Bar and Grill—and let me just say… this place understood the assignment.

You know how hotel restaurants usually act like, “you’ll probably never be back anyway”? Yeah… Brizo said absolutely not. Locals (myself included) pull up here weekly like it’s a standing reservation with destiny.

First of all—waterfront views? STUNNING. Like, “sip your martini and contemplate your life choices” kind of stunning.

Speaking of martinis—Belvedere for me, tequila for my friend, because balance ✨

Now let’s talk about Mitchell. MVP. Legend. Heater wasn’t working on a slightly chilly night? This man basically said “not on my watch” and had maintenance there in minutes. Boom—new propane, instant cozy vibes. Give him a raise.

Food time:

• Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice? Crunchy, fresh, spicy perfection. Four pieces, zero regrets.
• Crispy Rock Shrimp? I order this every time like it’s part of my personality now.
• The Burger? Oh… this isn’t just a burger. This is a life event. Prime beef, melty camembert, pepper jam, Maui onion, arugula… and then we added applewood bacon because we believe in excellence. Paired with allium fries? I almost wrote it a thank-you note.

Moral of the story:
Brizo doesn’t miss. Not in summer, not in spring, not at brunch, not ever.

10/10 would eat here again… and again… and honestly probably next week.
