Fabrocini’s Beverly Glen

We’ve been loyal Fabrocini’s fans for what feels like forever, and honestly, it’s mostly because of that patio magic. It’s cozy, inviting, and gives me the illusion I’m living my best Tuscan-villa life (minus the airfare). The servers? Sharp, friendly, and so fast I half-wonder if they’ve cracked teleportation.

Inside, the ambience is… fine. Not offensive, not inspiring—just “restaurant.” But outside? That’s where the vibes live. Pro tip: don’t stroll in reservation-less unless you enjoy long, hungry stares at other people’s pasta.

Let’s talk food. The Caesar salad comes with homemade croutons that crunch like they’ve been practicing, and dressing that feels like it was whisked by someone’s Italian nonna who takes salad very seriously. Even the Mixed Green salad pulled off the rare feat of being memorable—bright tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and a tangy Italian dressing that had me low-key wanting to lick the plate. (Don’t worry, I didn’t. I’m classy. Mostly.)

The Minestrone is pure comfort in a bowl—loaded with veggies and made with beef broth for that extra “oh yes, this is why soup matters” flavor.

For mains: my friend’s Spaghetti with broccoli, garlic, olive oil, and basil was simple but glorious, proof that carbs + garlic are humanity’s greatest invention. I went for the Chicken Sesame sandwich, which was so tasty I had to pause mid-bite and whisper, “wow” like it was a rom-com meet-cute.

Moral of the story: Fabrocini’s is the kind of spot you keep coming back to. Lunch, dinner, patio time—it’s all worth it. Bring an appetite and a reservation, and you’ll leave plotting your next visit.
