Today at Factor’s Famous Deli in Los Angeles, I witnessed something that honestly moved me to tears 🥹

An older couple was struggling a bit to order, and the server helping them was unbelievably patient, warm, and kind. He gently walked an older man through all the different bread choices for his sandwich like they were discussing fine wines 🍞😂 — rye, sourdough, challah, seeded, toasted, untoasted — and never rushed him for a second.

He never made him feel embarrassed or slow. He just treated him with genuine dignity and respect ❤️

In a world that can feel so impatient and chaotic, this tiny deli interaction somehow became the most beautiful thing I saw all week.

And honestly, the whole scene belonged in a movie 🎬✨ — the woman calmly sipping a mimosa 🍾, eating eggs 🍳, and reading the LA Times 📰 while her husband embarked on his profound bread journey.

The sweetness and humanity of this server genuinely affected me. I actually teared up a little watching someone be this patient with older people.
