We had this amazing cheese the other night for the first time, and who knew that cheese would be the belle of the ball? Well, actually, I did! As soon as I tried this cheese, I went back for more, and more, and even more. I was happy, I was addicted, I was in love…with cheese!

There are actual black truffles in this soft, buttery, melty, creamy brie, giving you an instant, “I need more “stat” feeling. And you will. Once you indulge in this cheese there is no going back!

We also adore the plain cheese a French double-creme smooth-textured brie- type pasteurized cow’s milk cheese. Both cheeses would be great on a cheeseboard and pair wonderfully with champagne! Cheers!
