Prime Pizza

For my money, Prime Pizza is hands-down the best pizza in town—and trust me, my money has seen a lot of pizza. We stopped in the other night because we wanted that fresh-out-of-the-oven experience without the tragedy of reheating slices at home. Zero regrets.

First up: the garlic knots. These little Brooklyn-style carb clouds came with marinara so good I briefly considered drinking it. Then came the white pizza—Fontina, Ricotta, Parmesan, roasted garlic, parsley—basically a dairy-fueled dream team. We inhaled it. The pepperoni didn’t stand a chance either.

And can we talk about the Caesar salad? Crisp romaine, crunchy croutons, shaved Parmesan, and a house-made dressing so good it could walk into a fine dining restaurant and confidently ask for the chef’s knife.

They’ve got round pizzas, square pizzas—geometry has never been so delicious. The square Meatlovers was a masterpiece: mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, red onion, Grandma’s sauce, and enough parsley to make you feel like you’re eating something healthy. The crust? Perfectly baked and sturdy enough to support all that meaty goodness like a champ.

They even have several vegan options, just in case you come with someone who loves plants as much as you love cheese. And if pizza somehow isn’t your thing (I mean… okay?), there’s a Chicken Parm and a meatball hoagie ready to swoop in.

The pizza was crispy, crunchy, cheesy, and downright delicious. We’re officially calling Prime Pizza our new favorite spot—and honestly, it might be our new personality.
